Mia Love: Born Ludmya Bourdeau on December 6, 1975, in Brooklyn, New York, to Haitian immigrant parents, Mia Love made history as the first Black Republican woman elected to the U.S. Congress. She represented Utah’s 4th congressional district from 2015 to 2019. Before her tenure in Congress, Love served as the mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah.
